To the Riverside Stadium in Durham with Katie for the one-day international between England and Australia. Fine performance by England who have an exceptional one-day team at the moment. Hadn't been to a cricket match for a while so was surprised with the purple stumps and light-emitting bails. Can apparently detect if a bail is 'completely dislodged’ from the wicket (both spigots separated from their stump grooves). Progress, I guess.
